The 4 cornerstones of championship culture 🏆☝👑

'Be a coach that builds up children and teaches them to overcome adversity, instead of being the adversity the child has to overcome'

I hope you have learned as much as I have in this series on building great culture.

Today I'm launching a Kickstarter campaign - Why?

To dive deeper into these 4 elements of great culture

To provide actionable steps to implement these on your teams

To build a place to connect and network with great coaches to connect with and learn from

Taking action – How to implement the 4 cornerstones
  • Your equivalent to attending a live conference, but at the convenience of listening on your own schedule.
  • 6 sessions that are about 40 minutes each
  • Do-it-yourself worksheets and attachments to put pen to paper and make a plan of action for your program.
  • Networking – 2 month membership to our culture bus masterminding network group to help encourage you and to learn from each other along the way.
What is a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign?
This will allow me to understand the size and scope of the audience, and take feedback through comments on the kickstarter campaign page itself – to tweak this course to make it exactly what you, as a coach, need and want.

IF NOTHING CHANGES, NOTHING CHANGES.

Think of the satisfaction you will gain by upping your coaching game.

Think of the the huge lifelong benefits the kids will gain from seeing what it looks like to create a championship culture, and how they will emulate that in the future when they lead teams, raise their families, and coach sports teams of their own.
