Great new podcast this week with Coach Kav. We talked practice planning and design, and he emphasized the importance of competition in practice. And their needs to be a winner and a loser. If athletes don't experience losing, they:
  • Won't know how to react to losing a game or deal with adversity during the game
  • Won't be fueled to get better so next time they don't lose
